Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room felt outdated, not matching the hotel's overall look, but it was comfortable and felt luxurious regardless. The service left much to be desired, but the location was excellent. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few downsides. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable with beautiful views over the rooftops to the city. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless with a choice of bath or shower. However, the location had some issues with disruptive guests near the entrance, and the service, although friendly, lacked proper communication in English. Overall, a nice stay with room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms felt like a much more expensive hotel than it actually was, offering spacious and very clean accommodation. However, the service seemed to be lacking with employees expressing dissatisfaction. The location is excellent for exploring the city, being close to downtown and within walking distance to the old town. The dining experience was satisfying, especially with the variety of meals available. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel room, priced at €289 for the night, felt spacious compared to a ship cabin. While it was a bit early and there was no normal restaurant in the hotel open all day, it was very clean and comfortable.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience; the rooms were stylish and nice, although I would have preferred a more classic 'Bierstube. ' The service had its ups and downs with some noise issues but overall polite staff. The location was excellent for exploring the city, but there were some cleanliness concerns outside the old town. Dining was satisfying but lacked the expected decor and atmosphere. Facilities offered were decent overall.
The hotel was cozy with a spacious bathroom, although not as nice as some other German hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were okay but did not match the pictures of the hotel. The service was fantastic, with some of the best experiences we've had. The location was warm and friendly, especially for those traveling by car. The dining was very good, and the facilities were solid.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the historic Lubeck and close to the old town center. The rooms are nicely set up, albeit a bit noisy at night with the window open, offering a high ceiling, a comfortable bed, and standard amenities expected from Holiday Inn. The service arranges an odd verification system but does provide a warm welcome for children and offers a fresh apple option. Dining options are varied and the bar is a great place to relax with a beer. The location is ideal if you have a pet, near the Hanse Museum and by the river, though I would not choose to visit again.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The dining experience was decent, although there were some language barriers with the service. The location was excellent, close to the Old Town and with easy access to shops and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spotless clean, really roomy, and had two king-size beds, a sofa, an armchair, and even a little balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The decor was modern and comfortable as expected, with a great separate room with bunk beds for the kids. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to be of assistance. The location was excellent, just outside the city walls, making it very convenient to explore the old town. The dining experience was above average with a wide selection of fresh, tasty food. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
